Fourth edition of SEE a Paris opened with great success

The fourth editon of the South-East European Film Festival "SEE a Paris" was opened yesterday, 27 April 2014, in the prestigeous Theatre Le Palace, in the presence of representatives from UNESCO and Embassies from the SEE countries, and personalities from the cultural and public life of Paris. The event was announced by the biggest daily newspaper in France, Le Parisien.
The opening ceremony featured a special homage of the great Montenegrin director Zivko Nikolic (1941 – 2001). The traditional award “SEE Personality” for achievements in the different areas of public life, who connect the SEE region with their work was given to Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov, CEO/MB President of Alkaloid AD Skopje. The great French poet, Mr. Marc Delouze received the Europa Prima Award. One of the best actors from South-East Europe, who played with great success in various cult films and theatre performances in all of these countries, Mr. Emir Hadzihafisbegovic was awarded with the prize “SEE Actor” for his life achievements.

Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov - "SEE Personality 2014"

Traditionally "SEE a Paris" film festival recognizes important persons from different areas of public life, who connect SEE region with their work. This year, the international board of our festival decided to give the prize "SEE Personality" to Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov, CEO/MB President of Alkaloid AD Skopje.
Since 2006, Mukaetov is heading the biggest Macedonian pharmaceutical industry, “Alkaloid AD Skopje”. Founded in 1936, “Alkaloid” brand is recognizable and well-established, just like its motto – “Health above all”... slogan of one of the key drivers of the Macedonian economy; ranked 6th pharmaceutical industry in South-Eastern Europe. Headquartered in Skopje, “Alkaloid” places its products in over 30 countries worldwide through its 14 subsidiaries abroad.
For his extraordinary involvements in the sphere of business and corporate social responsibility, Mukaetov was awarded various national and international acknowledgments. In 2007, he was appointed for Consul General of the Kingdom of Denmark to his country. He is member of the management boards of various economically important institutions in the Republic of Macedonia and abroad such as vice-president of the “Macedonian Chamber of Commerce”, board member of the US based organization “Macedonia 2025”, board member of “Summit 100 Business Leaders of SEE” and he recently joined the Class 2014 of the prestigious organization “Forum of Young Global Leaders”.
Mukaetov is involved in numerous activities fostering social responsibility. The Foundation he is running granted 264 scholarships to students of medicine and pharmacy since its establishment in 2007. His engagements in the sphere of humanity, human solidarity, education, culture and sports are prominent and awarded with various recognitions, such as one of the highest national acknowledgements “Mother Theresa” and the “Golden medal” granted by the “Red Cross” of the Republic of Macedonia.
Besides his professional engagements, Mukaetov is devoted father of three children.

Marc Delouze, winner of the special prize Europa Prima 2014

The great French poet Marc Delouze is the first winner of the Grand Prix Europa Prima 2014, a new special prize established by SEE a Paris, which aims to honor annually a major European artist by his work and action, seeking to abolish borders and foster the emergence of a European spiritual unity. It is part of the vision of Jacques Lacarrière and Nicolas Bouvier, advocating a European culture as necessary and founder.
The award will be presented at the opening night at The Palace Theatre , April 27, 2014 at 19:30 and will be followed by a reading from the poet.

BIOBIBLIOGRAPHY MARC DELOUZE
Born in Paris. Lives in La Goutte d'Or (Paris) and Fécamp. Poet and traveler "by the force of things." First collection published in 1971, Souvenirs de la Maison des Mots,
(preceded by Par  manière de Testament, prefaced by Aragon).
A few years later, refusing "to do the poet," he settles into a silent editorial for twenty years. In 1982, he created the association Les Parvis Poétiques, which organizes events, festivals, sound exhibitions, readings, performances, etc.
Creator and host of the Permanent Festival of poetry in the 18th district since 1990. Co -founder and literary adviser of the poetry festival Voices of the Mediterranean, Lodève.
He has published fifteen books (poetry, stories, essays) and a dozen artists' books.
