The second edition of the Film Festival of South-East European cinema, which is to be held from the 9th until the 12th of May 2012, has officially opened its call for entries and accepts submissions of short, medium, and long films for the Main Competition. All shooting formats are accepted. The Festival is opened to all types of films (feature, documentary, fiction and animation) whose directors and/or producers originate from the SEE countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey.

The duration of the short films must not exceed 15 minutes.
There's no time limit for feature, documentary and animation films.

The deadline for submission is March 15th.

There is no submission fee. It is mandatory that the applicants send a DVD screener of their film, along with a filled and signed  SUBMISSION FORM.

The selected applicants shall be informed about the selection of their film by the 10th of April 2012. The Festival line-up shall be announced by April 15th 2012 on the Festival website.

The second edition of "SEE a Paris" Film Festival shall be held in the period between the 9th and the 12th  of May 2012. The screenings and off-program shall be realized in the prestigious Cultural Center L'Entrepot and in the amphitheater of ESRA in Paris, same as last year’s edition.
