Two weeks before start of the Second edition of the festival of South-East European Cinematography "SEE a Paris", President of the festival, Mr. Jordan Plevnes received letter from the General director of UNESCO Ms. Irina Bokova that this festival will be under patronage of UNESCO.
In the sent letter Mr. Bokova wrote: "This initiative, which encourages the artistic creations of film makers from 12 countries from South-East Europe, and thus promotes intercultural exchange and creativity, is consistent with UNESCO's goals and objectives in the field of culture. As such, I'm pleased to grant UNESCO's patronage to this year's edition of the festival, and to authorize the use of the Organization's logo, in line with the General Conditions.
