Festival of South- Eastern European cinematography for the fourth time will be held between 27 and 30th April of 2014.
The event, same like in the past three years will take place in the prestigious cultural center L'Entrepôt, Institute of Oriental Languages and Civilizations INALCO, and the opening ceremony will take place in one of the most prestigious Parisian halls, Le Theatre Palace.

Organizer of the festival is association SEE a Paris, in collaboration with the University of audiovisual arts ESRA Paris - Skopje - New York, under the patronage of UNESCO, in partnership with Montenegro Film Festival and several European and regional institutions.
In anticipation of this year's edition, the founder and chairman of the festival, Mr. Jordan Plevnes met with Paris mayor Bertrand Delanoë, with whom they jointly attended a handball game between Metallurg from Skopje and Paris St Germain. Mr. Plevnes informed the mayor of Paris about the preparations for fourth edition of the Festival and Mr. Delanoë said that this festival is extremely important for the discovering of new names in cinema in the city of light and contribute to process of EU accession on the South - Eastern Europe.
During the opening of the festival special tribute will be given to the great Montenegrin director Zivko Nikolic. The festival will be opened with the film by Goran Markovic "The Counterfeiters" in the honor of the actor Emir Hadzhihafisbegovik, who will be awarded with the acting award for lifetime achievement "SEE Actor".
Besides this, within the ceremonial opening, it will be awarded the prize "SEE Perosnality", traditionally given to individuals from public and social life, whose work unite area of South- Eastern Europe, and it will be awarded to Mr. Zivko Mukaetov for the achievements of the company Alkaloid on the global market.
Registration for the festival runs until March 15, 2014 and the International Selection Committee, headed by the Honorary President of the festival, the great French director Yves Boisset will announce the official program of April 15, of 2014.
